Overall it could do with fewer pictures of models relaxing while wearing a bit too much denim and more useful information about the service you’re paying for. Click on ‘Manage’ anywhere in the app and instead of seeing what your mobile data is, or what broadband speed you are getting, you are instead sent directly to a checkout to purchase a service which you haven’t yet chosen. Click on ‘My Package’ and all you are presented with are more offers, most of which you may already be signed up to. For example the only place you can find out what package you are currently paying for is in previous bills. This app is poorly designed for the customer and aimed solely at generating more sales.

The hub can be also be controlled from the app and the whole thing feels much slicker without constantly linking to the website whenever you click a button. Current mobile and data usage is available and your current package is clearly shown. Revision: Since the review below version 8.4 has been released which is a significant improvement.
